Yard Work
Our yard had a tougher winter than we did! What started out as a small unknown underground leak turned into an icy splash pool in our front yard and a $450 water bill. The extra long winter delayed our repairs and we ended up with a 5 foot hole in our yard for several months. We are now glad to say that it is fixed and filled in, although we had to buy extra dirt to completely fill the hole. How does that work? We are well on our way to grassy splendor once again!

Spring Carnival
What would we do with all of our time if we weren't in the PTA? Our house would be much cleaner, our grass would be mowed, we'd have food in our cupboards. But no, instead we spent the whole night at the school's spring carnival. And, might I say, we loved every minute of it. The best part? We didn't have to do any of the work!

The Great Bird Rescue
How annoyed were we when we couldn't sleep because there were birds chirping in the attic right above our bedroom. It quickly turned from chirping to sqwaking and scratching. And, it wasn't in the attic anymore it was in the wall. Since we have a resident animal fairy (Anna) living with us doing nothing was not an option. Bryce quickly got his saw and proceded to cut a hole in our wall. The poor baby bird had fallen and was pretty scared but quickly flew away once released. The whole rescue was quite a success!

Happy Birthday Anna
Anna's eight and she is super great! What a fun packed day! After school Anna chose to go to Hollywood Connection for her birthday. We had so much fun on the rides and playing mini golf. After that she wanted to go to El Rancho Grande for dinner because she wanted a "Mexican birthday". She ate grilled cheese and french fries. By the time it was over she was so exhausted that she asked if we could save her monkey man bars and ice cream for tomorrow. Ahhh to be young again.
Happy Birthday Anna
